This website (the "Site") is published by:

Pursuant to Article 6-III of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy ("LCEN"), a private individual publisher is entitled to keep their home address and phone number confidential from the public, provided that information has been communicated to the hosting provider. Accordingly, only the identity and contact email above are published here.

3. Hosting

The Site's application and database run entirely on infrastructure that the publisher owns and operates directly. No third party hosts, stores, or has access to the Site's source code or database — Damien Reichhart is therefore the Site's host, within the meaning of Article 6-III of the LCEN.

To make that self-hosted server reachable on the public internet without exposing its IP address or opening inbound ports, the publisher uses Cloudflare Tunnel (cloudflared), a secure outbound-connection service operated by:

Cloudflare Tunnel is used solely as a connectivity/reverse-proxy mechanism between visitors and the origin server — not as a hosting, storage, or content-delivery service. Traffic necessarily passes through Cloudflare's network to reach the origin, but the Site's code and database are never stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — text, graphics, source code, and visual design — is the exclusive property of Damien Reichhart and is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle) and applicable international treaties. Any reproduction, representation, or use without prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use, or where explicitly licensed — for example, open-source project repositories linked from the Site, which remain governed by their own respective licenses.

5. Liability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. The publisher cannot, however, guarantee its completeness and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from its use, from inaccuracies, or from temporary unavailability of the Site.

6. External links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example GitHub, LinkedIn, or project demos). The publisher has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
